Historic Attractions

The first thing you should do near Pine Avenue is learn about the fascinating Anna Maria Island history. Start off by heading to the Historic City Pier, a staple of the area for more than 100 years. You can stroll along to see the waves roll by, fish right off the pier, or enjoy a sweet treat while you relax on a bench nearby. You can also stop by the historic Green Village, which maintains that Old Florida charm and historical significance even after being recently restored. The name “Green Village” is entirely appropriate, since the whole area now runs entirely on renewable energy!

Pine Avenue has tons of locally owned businesses with a little something for everyone. Shop some new pieces for your wardrobe at Pink and Navy.
