Alright, my beach loving friends, it’s time for us to admit: summer is coming to an end.
Say it ain’t so! I hear you exclaim.
But it is so! As I type, August has only a few days left. Then we must welcome September, and with it, the first day of fall.
But don’t despair, my sun-soaked mermaids, because the beach is open all year round.
In fact, I might go so far as to say that fall is the best time for the beach (see all my reasons here).
And if you haven’t vacationed on Anna Maria Island in October, you are sorely missing out on one of the best events the island has to offer: Bayfest.
