Situated on a quiet street, “Sandy Toes” Cottage features all the comforts of home. You’ll love the tropical feel and decor that’s beachy, fun, and relaxed. You can’t beat the outdoor living space here at Sandy Toes Cottage, with a gorgeous heated pool and hot tub added in 2016.  Pool heat fees are included in your reservation so you can always make a last-minute decision to jump in the hot tub for a relaxing time under the stars!

Completely remodeled, the kitchen space is better than ever. New appliances and cupboard space making it perfect for meal prep.

A den/office/3rd bedroom provides a great getaway spot or extra sleeping space if needed. This expansive 22′ x 17′ sunroom/lanai stretches the length of the cottage, greatly enlarging the living space, with pool patio exits and view.  A second bathroom and laundry room are located on this side of the house.

One bedroom features a plush king bed, crisp white linens, a flat-screen TV, and access to an outside patio perfect for morning coffee. while the second bedroom features a Queen Bed and bunkbeds. The two bedrooms share a hall bath just outside their doors.

Just a few blocks down the street you’ll find a little waterfront park perfect for family fun!  It includes a playground for the little ones, a basketball court for the older ones, a kayak launch, and great fishing. This is also a favorite spot for observing Florida’s many natural wonders, including dolphins dancing in the surf and birds winging their way from beach to bay.

Sandy Toes Cottage is located across the street from a short canal that leads to the bay.  The deeded dock is available for your use, but keep in mind that the draft is very, very shallow at low tide, so if you’re bringing a boat, plan accordingly!

Ready for the beach?  A quick walk of three very short blocks will take you there!  Or catch the free Island Trolley to go anywhere north or south to explore other parts of the Island, whether on foot or by bike. The Trolley travels the entire Island from 6 am to 10 pm, and is a favorite with visitors.
