This wonderful elevated duplex, named for the historic and internationally renowned Kapok Tree Inn in Clearwater, will be your new favorite beach getaway!

The cheery and tastefully decorated living room opens into a galley kitchen with coastal vibes and new and updated appliances. The master bedroom has a king bed, en suite bathroom, and amazing tropical views! The guest bedroom has a queen bed and lets out onto the back deck with more views and comfy seating. For entertainment options, check out the smart TV in the living room or the flat screen TV in the master bedroom.

You probably won’t want to leave this relaxing home away from home, but if you want to do some exploring, feel free to walk the neighborhood and enjoy lovely views of the water and the Marina at the end of the street. Or, for more adventure, Palma Sola Bay Kayak Rentals is just 2 blocks away! The historic Cortez fishing village is very close, and if you cross the Cortez bridge onto Anna Maria Island you can get to the sparkling Gulf waters within minutes. Once you’re on the Island, take Anna Maria’s free trolley for great shopping and dining options.

Shopping on Bradenton beach is convenient and

close. The Bridge Street merchants have a unique variety of shopping and dining as well as marina rentals. Charter a fishing trip, dolphin or sunset tour, or go big with Parasailing. They also rent boats, jet skis and more, just across the Cortez Bridge or at the Bridge Street Pier.

This home is located close to some of the best seafood restaurants in the area. Right on the Sarasota Bay is the Swordfish Grill, Cortez Kitchen, Starfish(outdoor dining or take out) and Tide Tables, facing the Island. On the North side of the street is Seafood Shack with Maria view. On your way back, make a stop at Tyler’s ice cream at the light at 119th street. They even sell pints to go.
