St. Patrick’s Day 2018 Celebrating on the Florida Gulf Coast.

If you are Irish or pretending to be, there are several activities to spice up your Island fun. From Live Music, to great food and drink, St. Patrick’s Day is always a good time.

The Anna Maria Island/Bradenton area:

Plenty of fun for the family with the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Starting at 10 am, you can stand or bring portable seats to the side of Gulf Drive. Area merchants handsomely decorate floats, including the Privateers with their Favorited Pirate ship, passing beads and candy to the spectators.

The Doctor’s Office~Don’t let the name fool you! This area pub is top notch and will be serving corned beef, cabbage, Irish apples, and Irish cheddar, after the St Patrick’s Parade. Located behind our office at  5312 Holmes Blvd. #B, Holmes Beach, FL 34217

The Freckled Fin Irish Pub and Music Hall~ at their new location with more room to enjoy the Irish sounds  and great food that makes them one of the favorite places to get into the St. Paddy’s day Groove. Serving full dining and bar menu, also the pub offers 12 Irish and craft beers on tap. Just a block from the beach, so you can enjoy the day at the beach and sunset and walk on over. The Ugly Grouper~ Join us for fun, games, and great food! We’ve got Karaoke Night on Monday, followed by Bodie Valdez on Tuesday. Wednesday evening, Chris Warner will be joining us. Thursday, we will host Doug Bidwell and Friday, Tony Lapera will be kicking off the weekend. Saturday, for St. Patrick’s Day, we will have Eric Von, and Sunday, we will host Michael Mac. The Bridge Tender ~Are having corn beef and cabbage, Reubens and drink specials to be announced. Anna Maria Oyster Bar~ Is offering All You Can Eat Corned Beef & Cabbage  and green beer on select drafts for St. Patrick’s Day on March 17th at all 4 of our locations. There’s a street party for you in honor of St. Patrick’s Day: “Main Street Live!” It takes place on Historic Old Main Street in Bradenton from 5 p.m. – 12 a.m. The event features live music from Pressure Dem, a 3 piece rocksteady/roots/ska band, food and beverage vendors and more.There is no charge or age limit to attend, but you must be at least 21 to get into the bars. Indian Shores /Indian Rocks / Clearwater area:

River O Green, Pirate water Taxi. Take a river Cruise over Green waters Leaving the Tampa Convention Center Dock. A 25-minute roundtrip cruise up the Hillsborough River to see the Mayor’s River O’ Green. Includes Free Beads, BYOB – Soft Coolers Permitted (20 qt or less, no glass bottles)
