“Surf’s Up” on Anna Maria Island Florida

As soon as you walk into this charming vacation home, you will know you have arrived at your dream vacation destination. Enter into a perfectly appointed kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters, to make meal preparation a breeze. Meals can be eaten around the family dining table or the island snack bar. The open floor plan, friendly coastal décor and luxurious accommodations surrounding you, your vacation on Anna Maria is sure to be memorable and relaxing.

“Surf’s Up” comfortably sleeps 8 between its four bedrooms. The Loft features a private space to set up a laptop, open air deck and enters in to the  master bedroom w/king bed and an en suite bath and walk-in shower. The main floor has one ensuite bedroom with walk in shower and queen bed, a third bedroom with queen and fourth with twin across the hall from a third bathroom.

Retreat to the private heated pool where you can enjoy the sun and the water if you ever don’t want to make the short walk to the beach, across the street. There is plenty of space in the driveway to accommodate up to 4 vehicles.

Since you’re situated in the private residential ambiance of the north end of Anna Maria Island, you can have as much seclusion as you want, with Bean Point Beach across the street. Enjoy the 7+ miles of white sand beaches and turquoise waters for which Anna Maria is famous, or take a stroll down Pine Avenue. This two lane, 25-mile-per-hour street is Anna Maria’s version of a ‘main road’ and runs from the Gulf of Mexico to Tampa Bay.

In addition to an eclectic mix of great shops, you’ll find several places to grab a delicious bite to eat, culminating in The Sand Bar Restaurant perched right on the edge of the Gulf. Don’t miss the opportunity to indulge in local seafood. Pine Avenue is also home to the Anna Maria Historical Society Museum in addition to a community theater and the historic Roser Church. You can always take the free Island Trolley for more exploring southward to Holmes Beach or Bradenton Beach. Local galleries and theater is always changing their featured talents, so if you are artsy you are in for a treat.

A NOTE ABOUT HEATED POOLS:  Since running pool heat is a very expensive proposition for our owners, they ask that we collect $100 per week (plus tax)  from guests requesting the pool at their rental property be heated.
