You'll absolutely love spending your vacation in this cheery three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath townhome directly across the street from the beach! South Beach Village is right at the heart of everything, with the Gulf Drive Cafe across the street and Bridge Street just a few blocks away. Plus, the free Anna Maria Trolley stops right at the end of the street, so you're never far from everything the Island has to offer!

This elevated two-story townhome features an open and spacious living area on the first floor, including a large fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, a breakfast bar, dining area, laundry room, half bath, and a large living area with flat-panel TV and DVD player. A large screened balcony overlooking the Gulf and a smaller open balcony overlooking the Bay make the living area even more spacious, and offer terrific views that make this area a real show-stopper!

Upstairs you'll find a large master bedroom suite with a king bed, flat-panel TV, and walk-in closet, while the lovely master bath features granite countertops and both a spa tub and walk-in shower. Two other bedrooms are also located upstairs, one with a queen bed and a flat-panel TV, and the other with two twin beds. These bedrooms share the hall bath which also features granite countertops and a tub/shower combination.

Additional guests can be accommodated in a memory foam twin bed hidden away inside the leather ottoman located in the master bedroom, or in the queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Off of the two-car garage you'll find access to the back patio and gas grill, and a path to the community's heated pool.

This unit can sleep a total of eight people, BUT ONLY TWO MID-SIZE CARS or SUVs! NO GOLF CARTS OR TRAILERS are allowed at South Beach Village! LARGE TRUCKS/SUVs WILL NOT FIT IN THIS GARAGE! The free trolley stops right outside and the beach and most activities are walking distance. All parking MUST be in the unit's garage. AGAIN, VERY LARGE VEHICLES WILL NOT FIT! Additionally, only guests registered to stay at South Beach Village may use the community pool. If these restrictions won't work for you, there's no way of getting around them...finding a different place will be your best bet, and we'll be happy to help!

Perfect vacation!!! This rental property has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The location is amazing and the views of the Gulf are beautiful. It was wonderful to sit on the screened in balcony and look at the beautiful Gulf water. It was nice to be so close to Bridge Street and so many great restaurants. The rental property was immaculate. The housekeepers obviously take pride in their work because the property was very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of nice cooking utensils,pots,pans and dishes. There were plenty of nice beach chairs with a beach cart to go relax on the beach.Everything about our stay here was great. We loved it and hope to return here next year.

Our vacation was awesome! The rental property was perfect. It was very clean, well equipped and maintained. We were very impressed. I will highly recommend you. Please give our thanks to the housekeepers as they do an amazing job and we are very grateful for their hard work. I hope to be able to rent the same unit next year. 7/30/18

This condo really does have a view of both the gulf and bay. The reasons for 4 (really 4 1/2) instead of 5 stars would be the size of the pool being small (the kids still had fun in it), and the noise from the bar across the street in the master bedroom. This is the only room where the noise was an issue. There were multiple nights that the music and yelling went on past 1am. We used white noice on Spotify on our cell phones to try to block it out. Other than this, it was an excellent property, and the area is beautiful. There was also a wagon to help carry items to the beach, and plenty of beach towels. We had a great trip overall!
Date of arrival June 30, 2018 We are sad to here the noise was out of control. Noise ordinances are in effect at 10 pm. Please call our emergency line to resolve issues like this.

The property is beautiful, well maintained, the kitchen is well equipped with everything necessary and more. The description was very accurate. Walking distance to many great restaurants, the Tiki Bar across the street serves a great breakfast. The locals are very friendly and we received great service everywhere we went. Property was great location - great view of gulf - right on trolley stop - across street from Gulf Dr Cafe. Property was over 2300 sq ft and we enjoyed all of it with my son, daughter-in-law and 2 granddaughters. We enjoyed the pool and the beach/gulf. Could not get enough of the beautiful sunsets. The rental process was easy. Kate was in the office on our arrival and departure. We did not need to contact rental agent after our arrival as we had no problems. Would highly recommend this rental. This place is absolutely beautiful . There was alot of thought in everything from the design and decorating, I don't know who did it but kudos to you, The beach across the street is of memorizing. Water is warm,clean and sand is crystal white, There is a tiki bar that serves everything-breakfast-lunch dinner,dancing. Music every night. The managers were prompt and took care of an ac problrm immediately. I cannot say enough good things. But thank you Linda D
