Anna Maria Arts League is hosting its annual Springfest, March 18 & 19, 2023, Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm, at Holmes Beach, City Hall Field, free parking is available. With over 80 artists from all over the USA, this Juried event brings in amazing exhibits.
This family event is one of two annual Art exhibits that locals look forward to. If you are here as a visitor, put it on your activity chart. You won’t get another chance to see this quality until Winterfest. Bring the kids to the hands-on tent, where volunteer artists mentor them through hands-on creation. Face painting has been part of the fun as well.
Handcrafted apparel adorns many booths and Jewelry makers have unique pairings to add to your wardrobe. Wall art ranges from photography, oil and watercolor painting, and interesting metal arts and ceramics to complete your home or office decor. Free-standing statues and other creative exhibits will keep you wanting more.
he Wildlife preservation booth, educating on shore birds, sea turtles, and other Florida wildlife. Sales go to rehabilitating injured animals and caring for the ones that will never be able to care for themselves, due to injuries.
Live music runs continuously on the main stage, with ample seating provided. Food vendors have a variety of lunch options, from fish, smoked and BBQ Pork, and even sausage sandwiches and dogs to eat while you enjoy music. Finish with Apple fritters, Ice Cream, Popcorn, and more delicious treats. Many options for cold beverages, so no need to tote your water bottles. Come Empty-handed and leave with amazing creations.
Enter the raffle for a chance to collect great art for a minor donation, and winners won’t need to be present to win. Proceeds go to the Art League’s Scholarship Fund, providing classes to adults and children.
Take the Free Trolley from your Anna Maria Vacation rental home, ride a bike or walk on over from Holmes beach accommodations. you can walk to the beach for sunset after it ends.
